Victory Tactical Phenom Plate Carrier Vest

The Phenom Tactical Vest is designed for maximum comfort and tactical mobility. The uniquely shaped front and rear panels minimize material overlap, reducing weight and increasing flexibility, especially in the upper torso area.

Constructed from 500D Cordura® Nylon and high-strength laminate with laser-cut MOLLE, the Phenom offers strong load-bearing capabilities. The body side and padded shoulder straps are lined with spacer mesh for added comfort. The vest includes two removable
pouches on either side of the front cummerbund flap, perfect for radios or extra magazines.

Key features of the Phenom Tactical Vest include a large admin pocket in the upper front portion and First Spear TUBES® for quick donning and doffing. The vest comes standard with NIJ 0101.06 Certified Level IIIA Soft Armor Panels in the front, rear, and side cummerbunds. Optional protective equipment such as neck, collar, deltoid, and groin
protectors can be added based on mission requirements.
